TRS Motorcycles presents its new trials model equipped with an electronic fuel injection system. This development reinforces the technical evolution of the range and will coexist with the current carbureted version, thus offering riders the option of choosing the configuration best suited to their needs.

This new model incorporates numerous improvements designed to optimize engine response precision, power delivery efficiency, reliability, and the motorcycle's dynamic handling in all conditions.

The arrival of the new fuel-injected version does not replace, but rather complements, the range, allowing each rider to choose between the direct response and mechanical simplicity of the carburetor, or the efficiency and precision offered by the new electronic fuel injection.

Furthermore, the carbureted model will benefit from numerous structural and mechanical improvements developed for this generation, further enhancing its performance and dynamic handling.

CHASSIS

Chassis Evolution:
New forged steering linkage and redesigned frame arms.

New Steering Plates:
Redesigned upper and lower steering plates reduce overall weight, setting it apart from the previous version.

Use of Advanced Materials:
Forged carbon components, such as the air filter housing, fender bridge, and exhaust guard, result in weight savings, improved structural strength, and a radically different aesthetic.

Translucent Fuel Tank:
Allows direct viewing of the fuel level and integrates the fuel pump.

Optimized Braking and Shifting System:
New rearward-positioned brake caliper for improved rear brake control, paired with a redesigned shift lever.

Rear Suspension System:
Forged aluminum shock absorber triangle with a red anodized finish, ensuring increased rigidity and durability.

Redesigned lower protection:
New crankcase protection for the new advanced engine, simplifying installation and improving impact resistance.

ENGINE

Redesigned engine:
New TRS cylinder with optimized transfer ports, increased water passages for improved cooling, new cylinder head with realigned water outlet and revised angle, and reinforced internal components.

Available in two displacements: 250cc and 300cc.

Improved cooling system:
Water pump without a needle bearing for increased stability and durability during shaft rotation.

Improved weight distribution:
Advanced crankcases optimize weight distribution, improving overall motorcycle handling.

Improved electric starter:
New starter and machined bracket increase overall reliability and robustness.

Radiator:
Redesigned radiator: new radiator, redesigned protection, fan bracket, new generation fan, CDI mounting rubber, and a new silent block system for improved overall stability and vibration isolation.

Optimized power supply system:
Includes a battery cover specifically designed for fuel injection. New, lighter, and more energy-efficient battery pack.

Next-generation electrical system:
New three-phase system, including a new magneto, stator, sensor, electrical installation, three-phase regulator, and redesigned regulator bracket.

Diagnostic platform: TEXA.

New intake manifold for fuel injection:
Designed with an integrated temperature and pressure sensor for efficient and precise real-time air-fuel mixture management.
