Shipping costs for shipments outside mainland France are calculated as a flat rate based on the order’s volumetric weight.

Shipping Time:

Packages are shipped Tuesday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Your order will be shipped within a few days. Most orders are shipped the same day.

Delivery Time for Mainland France:

Delivery time varies depending on the option you selected when placing your order.

Colissimo: 2 to 4 days (delivery to your home Monday through Saturday).

Geodis Express: 1 to 2 days (delivery to your home Monday through Friday).

You will be notified by email as soon as the package leaves our facility. We will provide you with your tracking number.

Your orders will be delivered in one or more packages, depending on the items you have ordered. Delivery will be made to your home, to the address of your choice, or to a pickup location, depending on the option you selected when placing your order.

We ask that you check (or have the designated recipient check) the apparent condition of the package upon delivery. If there is any visible damage (such as a damaged package), please have it noted on the delivery slip or refuse the order.

Without following this procedure, we cannot guarantee that a refund will be issued.

Please note: if you have a third party (such as your building’s doorman or a receptionist at your workplace) accept the package on your behalf, that person is receiving the package in your name and on your behalf. You must therefore ask them to be vigilant in following standard precautions and remind them to treat the item with the same care as if they were the intended recipient.

In any case, these precautions do not preclude your right to legal warranties or the exercise of your right of withdrawal.

En tout état de cause, ces précautions ne font pas obstacle au bénéfice des garanties légales et de l'exercice du droit de rétraction.

When placing your order, you can choose to have it delivered to your home, pick up your package directly from us, at a pickup location, or at an address you provide.

If your package is lost, please notify Dherbey Moto via the Contact form, and we will initiate an investigation with the relevant authorities.

Dherbey Moto may ask you to provide the necessary documents to support this investigation (such as a copy of your ID, proof of address, a sworn statement confirming you did not receive the package, etc.).

Dherbey Moto will keep you informed of the investigation’s progress as soon as possible and will contact you to arrange, at your discretion, an exchange or a refund (see the “Exchanges/Refunds” section for any questions).

You will only be eligible for a refund once this investigation is complete.

Please note that investigations can take a long time.

If your package was damaged and you refused it upon delivery, please contact us by phone at +334-76-36-81-42 or via the contact form.

The recipient must check the condition of the packages and their contents in the presence of the carrier. In the event of missing items, damage, etc., a specific and detailed note must be made on the carrier’s delivery slip.

If this procedure is not followed, no claims will be considered.
