The Dherbey Moto team has always been one of a kind. Whether they’ve been 300% passionate from the start or have developed a passion for trial riding over the years, what drives our team above all else is the joy of serving you! A team of 10 skilled professionals who put their experience as trial riders at your service.
Meet our experts:
Tristan Dherbey
Since when has he been doing trial riding?
Since 1988… it’s easy to get hooked on trial riding when you’re the son of Dherbey Moto’s founder, Jean-Marc Dherbey!
And at the shop?
In 2009, he joined the shop for more than just helping out his parents. He joined the team as a mechanic and salesperson, and later gradually took over management of the shop alongside his brother Mathias.
Where can you find him?
If you hear someone on the phone, there’s a good chance it’s Tristan on the other end of the line! As part of the team, he knows how to answer all our questions that start with “um… Tristan?”
His skill level on a trial bike:
TR2 in the AURA league this year, keep an eye out for the trials!
Depuis 1988… facile de tomber dans la marmite du trial quand on est le fils du fondateur de Dherbey Moto, Jean-Marc Dherbey !

Mathias Dherbey
Since when has he been doing trial riding?
He got into it at the same time as his brother Tristan Dherbey, four years later, in 1992.
And at the shop?
In 2014, he joined the Quai Jean Jaurès store. He trained in mechanics under Jeanot; he and Tristan recently took over management of the shop, particularly the workshop.
Where can you find him?
Leaning over a motorcycle he’s repairing, with the phone glued to his ear. In his day-to-day life, he’s never short on humor… he knows that the best jokes are often the shortest (or not!).
His skill level on a trial bike:
TR2 in the French Championship, you’ll find him on the podium, right in front of the podium. When it comes to video, he knows his stuff and shares plenty of trial content on our social media channels!

Florence
Since when has she been doing trial riding?
Her journey in the world of motorcycling began in 1995 at Trusty, which was the GasGas importer at the time.
And at the shop?
In 2016, she joined the team and has been handling all your calls and answering all your questions ever since. She makes sure you have everything you need on time so you can live your passion to the fullest!
Where can you find her?
If you see someone carefully packing your orders while speaking softly on the phone, that’s most likely our Florence.
His skill level on a trial bike:
Florence is a bit like your follow-up rider, she helps you clear obstacles and gives you real expert advice.

Julien
Since when has he been doing trial riding?
He started with bike trials, then moved on to motorcycles at age 16, and hasn’t looked back since. Trials, enduro, mountain biking—as long as he’s on two wheels, he’s happy!
And at the shop?
In 2003, he joined the shop as a mechanic and has since become a true jack-of-all-trades. From the workshop to the website and social media, right up to the sales counter, he’ll have all the answers you need.
Where can you find him?
Either at the shop giving you advice, or in the office behind his two computer screens—and sometimes at races, because he still prefers the throttle to the mouse!
His skill level on a trial bike:
His track record after 10 years of competing in France, Europe, and the World Championships—from TR3 all the way up to Elite—is nothing to sneeze at, and it’s partly thanks to him that his expertise truly shines.
And as you can guess from his T-shirt, he has a soft spot for red bikes (and for Céline, too).

Céline
Since when has she been doing trial riding?
Her passion for trials runs in the family and really took shape during the 2002 World Championship in Ancelle. Behind the camera, she takes photos out of passion and contributes to features in Trial Magazine. Since then, she’s been a constant presence alongside Ju at races and in paddocks throughout France and Navarre.
And at the shop?
In 2010, she joined the shop and hasn’t left since. A natural caretaker, she looks after the whole team (an Elite-level coffee maker) and takes even better care of the customers!
Where can you find her?
At the office, she handles warranties and package shipments. On the phone, you’ll surely hear her smile! She’ll advise you or guide you to find the right answer.
His skill level on a trial bike:
Tree trunks and rides through the Oisans hold no secrets for her. Now, she prefers riding on pavement.

Since when has he been doing trial riding?
Since 2021… working at Dherbey Moto, it was a must!
And at the shop?
In September 2021, he joined the shop to begin his vocational training in motorcycle mechanics, which he completed with an impressive 18/20 in English… even though he doesn’t speak English. He stayed on at the shop afterward and signed his very first permanent contract. He’s in charge of all your service appointments and prepares our beautiful used motorcycles.
Where can you find him?
It’s easy to find him among the carburetors and engines, or on the phone answering your technical questions. He works as a mechanic alongside Axel, Noa, and Mathias.
His skill level on a trial bike:
TR3+ in league competition but much better in a “palettes” contest, and always up for an impossible climb! Prone to muscle cramps during water gun battles, though…

Since 2004—my first bike was a 2002 Gasgas TXT Pro, and I’ve been riding the same one ever since…
In 2020, after leaving the ambulance service, he joined Team Dherbey to round out the team and now handles all products in-store and on the website.
Among the boots and helmets, or in the warehouse preparing your orders. And of course, on the phone to give you great advice on your gear and replacement parts.
TR4: prone to falling in the transition sections but solid on trail rides!

Vanessa
Since when has she been doing trial riding?
A native of Vinay, she’s known Dherbey Moto her whole life and has followed its evolution over the years.
And at the shop?
In 2025, she’s one of our most recent hires—but no less experienced! She joined the team as an accountant and is discovering the world of trials every day—a world she’s proud to be a part of.
Where can you find her?
In the open-plan office behind her Excel spreadsheets or on the phone, ready to greet you and direct you to the right place. She also carefully prepares your packages and vehicle registration documents.
His skill level on a trial bike:
She prefers her moped to rough terrain, but she’s always up for giving it a try!

Since when has he been doing trial riding?
Ever since he joined the mag', he’s been following some of the team members around the magnificent intermediate course at the Saint-Antoine-L’Abbaye trials.
And at the shop?
In 2024, he’ll join the shop as an apprentice pursuing a vocational diploma in mechanics.
Where can you find him?
In the workshop, getting used motorcycles ready for you to check out! He always has a smile for everyone, and we’re going to miss him soon when he heads off to new adventures in the south.
His skill level on a trial bike:
“Unknown,” according to Noa—we’ll have to fix that with a little speed test in our training area before he leaves!

It all started in 2011. After a three-month internship, he told Jean-Marc Dherbey that trials were his thing… and that he’d love to make it his career. Bet accepted!
Nine years later, in 2020, he walked into the shop “just” to buy a few parts. While chatting with the team, he learned that the workshop was running a bit low on staff and needed a hand. Just goes to show, coming in for a handful of parts can sometimes cost you… a permanent job! A few months later, he officially joined the team as a mechanic.
Easy: on the right as you enter the store, right at the front of the workshop. He’s always ready to point you in the right direction, offer advice… and, if you’re nice (or just passing through), treat you to a coffee. Passionate about mopeds and electric motorcycles, he closely follows their evolution and gladly shares his experience.
TR4 this year… and probably for years to come! His goal? To have as much fun as possible on the bike rather than taking risks. After all, coming home with a smile is better than coming home without one!
