If you wish to exchange clothing or shoes due to a sizing issue, please return the item to us at your own expense, and we will send you the correct size free of charge.
If Dherbey Moto is unable to provide the size you requested, we will contact you to offer either a different color or a similar item.
You may also request an exchange for a different item; in this case, please include a check for the price difference plus return shipping costs.

- Exchanging Clothing or Shoes:

Refunds
If you’re no longer satisfied with your order and would like a refund, that’s no problem!
You’re covered by our “SATISFIED OR YOUR MONEY BACK” policy. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any product you’re not satisfied with, without having to provide a reason. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You will then be refunded the price of the returned product(s).

Please remember to include a copy of your invoice and to indicate in a note enclosed with the package that you wish to receive a refund. This right of return applies only to complete products in their original packaging and in good condition.
