The Cota 4RT 260 continues to evolve, incorporating key improvements in equipment and performance. Featuring a high-quality SHOWA front fork, a SHOWA rear shock with the Pro-Link system, and a larger, lightweight exhaust, it delivers an even more precise and competitive riding experience.
Top-of-the-Line Equipment

SHOWA Suspension:

High-quality, 39 mm diameter Showa front fork with 158 mm of travel.

SHOWA rear shock, operating via the Pro-Link system.

Both the front and rear suspension are adjustable (preload and compression damping).

Upgraded Exhaust: The Cota 4RT 260R is equipped with an oversized, lightweight exhaust, similar to the one used on the larger 301RR model. This exhaust provides increased power and torque.

Chassis and Tank: The frame is made of twin-spar aluminum. The tank is hand-welded aluminum, finished in black with the distinctive Montesa logo.

Ground Clearance: The ground clearance is 310 mm.

Color: FIGHTING RED.

Cutting-Edge Engine

The lightweight, four-stroke, four-valve, 258.9 cc engine uses fuel injection.

A four-stroke engine uses only gasoline for combustion, which generates less residue and simplifies refueling, as there is no need to calculate the exact proportion of additional elements (mixing oil).

Manufacturing and Competition

The Cota 4RT is meticulously manufactured at the Montesa factory located in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda (Barcelona, ​​Spain). Each motorcycle is painstakingly assembled, and all parts are checked to ensure the high quality and performance of a championship-winning machine.
