Unmatched Performance of the New Powertrain
The Epure FACTOR-e is equipped with a new powertrain designed entirely by EM after 15 years of experience and 3 years of research and development, with the involvement of former Trial World Champion, Marc Colomer.
Motor:
Power: Up to 18 kW.
Torque: 1400 Nm at the wheel in first gear.
Motor speed: Up to 14,000 rpm.
Power-to-weight ratio: Unmatched at 3.3 kW/kg.
Inertia: 40% increase in inertia for smoother power delivery.
Technology: High-performance rotor with carbon sleeve, optimized air cooling, and a power profile combining the instant torque of electric power with the progressive power delivery of internal combustion.
Weight: The motor alone weighs 5 kg. The complete drivetrain is 3 kg lighter than the previous version.
New 4-Speed Gearbox:
It offers increased versatility, adapted to different types of terrain and use (pure trials, natural trials, mixed terrain, and trail riding).
Gear 1 (Trials): Precise, dynamic, and responsive.
Gear 2 (Natural Trials): More progressive, with increased control and grip.
Gear 3 (Mixed Terrain): Versatile for trials/trail riding, also ideal for beginners.
Gear 4 (Trail Riding): Top speed, low fuel consumption for inter-zone riding and trail riding (maximum speed 85 km/h).
New Clutch:
Triple-disc hydraulic diaphragm system for greater precision and responsiveness, capable of handling high torque.
New Transmission: Secondary drive with a 520 chain and reinforced swingarm to manage 1400 Nm of torque.
New High-Tech Battery
The battery is 100% new, developed in France by EM, and incorporates next-generation Li-Ion technology.
Improvements: New connection system (PCB + Busbar), enhanced software for safety and longevity, new casing, new protections, charging port, quick connectors, and a battery swap system.
Two Versions Available (Same Casing):
Epure FACTOR-e 1.8: Adapted for trials (2kg weight reduction on the front).
Epure FACTOR-e 2.5: Long-range version (2500Wh), offering 35% more range than the standard version, designed for trials and trail riding. This version is 3kg lighter than the previous Epure Race model (2024).
Chassis and Equipment
Suspension: Next-generation TECH shock absorber, developed by Marc Colomer, with rebound adjustment (24 clicks) and preload. The entire system has been revised to accommodate the new weight distribution.
New Swingarm (2026 Model): 300 grams lighter, more robust, better protection, and improved traction, with a new adjustment system. It incorporates a new, lighter, forged kickstand.
Electrical Mapping: Pre-programmed system, 100% customizable via EM Connect.

Explanation of Standard Equipment
FRB (Fixed Regenerative Brake) This is the Fixed Regenerative Motor Brake. This system recovers energy during deceleration and descents to recharge the battery. The engine braking effect is constant, simulating the effect of a combustion engine decelerating and offering better control, especially downhill.
TKO (Tick Over): TKO simulates the effect of a constant engine speed at low RPM, similar to idling on a combustion engine motorcycle. Low RPM Power Control: This provides power control assistance, allowing the motorcycle to gain acceleration precision and traction. Ideal Feel: This is designed to offer an ideal feel for riders of all levels (beginners to experienced), facilitating motorcycle management in technical areas where smooth power delivery is crucial.
EM Connect: This is the motorcycle's connectivity system. It allows the rider to customize the engine maps (power, smoothness, regeneration) via a mobile app (smartphone). This makes the motorcycle accessible to everyone, while still allowing experts fine-tuning.
Charger Box: This is the charging unit supplied with the motorcycle. In the case of the Epure FACTOR-e, it is a new system that has been redesigned to improve performance, finish and durability, and which includes the new socket
